Once you hire The Talent Shop, our engaged search — a hybrid between a retained and contingency search —ensures a quicker result and is fully guaranteed. We ask for a deposit up front, which is a percentage of your final cost, to cover our detail-oriented and in-depth process of research and discovery. We work until we find your candidate, and if the placement fails within 90 days of placement, we work to find you another viable candidate.
